When I first started using iTunes over MusicMatch Jukebox I did that. I hated how it screwed up the track tags that I'd spent the whole of time organising.
But when I got used to it I actually preferred it. I now let it organise my music all the time. It seems to do OK at it TBH. Only...
Set up an A record to map the mail server's IP address to a host name.
i.e; mail.domain.com
Set the MX record to mail.domain.com. The lower the priority number, the more it takes precedence over other MX records.
Piece of pish.
Your iPod should appear as an additional device in Finder (I think?).
You should be able to open the folder with the photos in and drag and drop (or copy and paste) them into your pictures folder on the Mac.
Almost definitely the battery. I got a new battery last week and it resolved the issue on mine. Car also seems more willing to start now.
The battery you need is an 063.
If you haven't got a clue where to start to resolve this, why not just uninstall AVG and give Avast a try? It's better IMO, uses fewer system resources.
I often have to utilise subnets to limit the physical size of networks. I'm an Information Security Engineer, so I'm quite anal about only having the minimum number of hosts addresses you can get away with available for use.
DK's example is certainly valid and TBH is a damn sight simpler to get...
I wouldn't do the sub domain thing. Overkill I reckon.
I'd probably use an IP address scheme of something like 172.16.1.0/22. That'd give you the IP addresses between 172.16.1.1 and 172.16.4.254 to use. Subnet mask would be 255.255.252.0.
I'd set up a domain controller at each site and make them...
The bottom example would work. The first one you suggested wouldn't.
If you had all your routers on 10.10.1.x, switches on 10.10.2.x and servers on 10.10.3.x you wouldn't be able to use a 24 bit subnet mask. The subnet mask is there to limit the size of the network.
A 24 bit subnet mask gives...
Situations like that can be a ball ache.
I'd personally just get a brand new line installed and cancel the existing one. Then get ADSL activated on the new line.
Much less hassle in the long run. It's possible that it could get done quicker too.
Start > run. Type in "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press enter.
Click on the startup tab. Expand the "command" column so that you can see the paths to all the components that are being loaded up in the background at startup.
Untick anything that you don't recognise (or want for that...
I used to use AVG. Found it used too many system resources for me though.
Then I went to Avast (free edition). That was very good. It was quite efficient and updated daily.
Then I reformatted my computer not long ago and decided to give Microsoft Forefront Client Security a go. We get the...
I used to see that on the way to work too, usually on the A38. I live in Sutton in Ashfield. It's stupidly loud but s**t slow IIRC.
Bailey_1260 whereabouts in Eastwood are you from? I've got a few mates that live there that's all, wondered if you'd know them or not.
Out of interest, try creating another user account on your computer with administrator rights, then log on as it and try installing iTunes.
That'll all but rule out the possibility of it being anything to do with your user profile.
If it does work, log back on as yourself and iTunes should...
On a serious note, can you actually get heated windscreens fitted to Clio's?
I'd be interested in that TBH. I could do with a new windscreen anyway because of how many stone chips I've got. A heated one would be schweet in this kind of weather.
