I don't use Safari. But that's mainly as I'm an Android user so use Chrome across the board.
Loving the Dark Mode though, much nicer. Looks a lot like iOS on here now with the logo's for the apps etc. Not sure I'm a massive fan of those as I wasn't on iOS. Looks a little child like imo...
Mine is apparently on Microsoft time. it's taken 15 minutes to go from 22mins remaining to 19. f**king stupid mechanical drive.
I'll be asleep by the time it installs
It's another free upgrade like Mavericks was.
But as Gavin has said, I've also been trying for ages and no such luck in the UK store yet.
Think I might treat myself to the 16GB Crucial RAM upgrade too...Hmmmmmm
I actually can't wait to go back again and be less of a pussy about my lap than this time. Also go during the week rather than a busy weekend!
Is that a massive blunt or a s**t cigar?
So I've been looking at the OnePlus One. It looks amazing and the specs are pretty cool too.
It also appears that they have an AOPS official build too that they are releasing but does requite you to flash it.
Very intrigued, especially for the price.
Out now as far as I can see. Stupidly tempted. Designed one in the most boring of colours online ready to order.
5.0 Lollipop is out on Friday so within a few days we should hopefully see it on the Moto X too.
What other options are there at the minute (without buying old tech)
Moto X
OnePlus One
HTC One M8
Note 4 (bit big though)
Anything else? Also any new releases due.
You won't need one soon.
Just had a look at them. They look smart, price is stupid cheap and specs are awesome. But I don't like CM and can't be arsed flashing.
Agreed but historically nexus users have enjoyed small phones. That's why they didn't go and get something else that was bigger. If they had wanted a bigger phone there was already plenty to choose from.
Yeah. Would have been so amusing though. FYI I'm still trying to not buy the Moto X...
You're not serious are you?
And yeah they're keeping the 5. It would have made far more sense to get rid of it and replace it with the moto x and do a GPE. It'd have been very similar to the 6 and 6+ then in that respect.
Android hasn't ever really been the choice OS for a working environment so whilst I can see what you are saying I disagree.
5.0 is going to be brilliant, there is no doubt about that, just the 6 is too big. It's that simple.
