Had nothing but problems with our HH. Sacked it off and get an ASUS RT-N66U Dark Knight. Obviously the name had nothing to do with my purchase. But no issues since.
Re: dmallett's indecisive clio thread! Monaco ph2 pg1+, Titanium ph1 pg31+, PB ph1 pg
How anyone has the patience to clean and paint an engine is beyond me. Nice work.
As said in the other thread. You didn't waste your time finding one. You were undecided at CSS!
Will pop over for the track day I think. I should be doing one o. The 7th myself.
Looks good but please keep the ph2 lights. That and a cup spoiler are the only ph2 items that should be on a ph1.
Nothing wrong with their work at all. Just the roller over reads a bit.
If I had a civic I'd take it to them 100% pal. Their work is spot on. It's literally just the roller that over reads. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.
That's not a gordini. Its just a Racing Blue 182 with what appears to be both cup packs. Only way to tell if its actually got the cup suspension is to measure the bolt spacing (should be 60mm). Too many have had the wheels done in anth now to go off those alone.
If you're going to borrow some then you're best finding some you can borrow for a few weeks. If the noise goes away once you've got the cup ones on then you know it's the dampers. So might as well leave the cup ones on until you've got the sachs ones refurbed.
From your video I'm 100% saying the dampers need refurbing. But your other occasions when the car is doing this is REALLY confusing the hell out of me. You might even find you've got more than 1 problem in the end but you almost certainly need the dampers refurbing.
Nothing to mine but yesterday spent 13 hours working on my friends Saxo, clutch change, driveshafts and wheel bearings. They've been noisy for months. I've literally never seen bearings welded into place quite like it. FUCKED!
No idea what it would do to the paint (I'm assuming it will eat that too) but whenever I get superglue on my hands I get it off with nail varnish remover. If it's plastic that it's on you'll need acetone free.
Like I said I have no idea what it would do to the paint as I've never tried it...
