My last change was on the 36k service and there is almost 46k on it now - keep having to top up a bit more often than normal
So I think a flush and change would go down well after Xmas, even if the 48k service is only a few months away

The new discs were Brembo HC's at the same time - was physically impossible to get the caliper closed up again when we fitted the set :S
I can't believe people are driving about with spring clamps FITTED to their car :eek:
As said, dangerous as feck!
In fact you'd probably be safer taking an angle grinder to the springs or even removing them altogether - which is also illegal but people have done that too! :dead:

Most garages will turn around and tell you "they must be the wrong ones" if you have to file a little bit off to get them to fit.
A few mechanic friends told me that when I was looking into getting mine fitted, then when I got them in along with new discs we couldn't get
the caliper back...
^ Yeah that's what I did with mine.
One badge had a nasty stonechip in the chrome so had to smooth that down first as much as I could before the primer went on :)
