Sounds pretty feasible. The 197, Ph2 172 and Williams have near identical power to weight ratios iirc. I'd bet mine would be under 20 comfortably with a good take off. Mines standard in williams owners eyes too.

Evo tested one at 18.9 too. Lot's of variable to take into account.

Rsport were the people that supplied it iirc. It was a renault part. Mine came from Nick @ Hillpower.

There was an ECU upgrade for the 172's that was a Renault part called the GrpN ECU. 7,800 rpm rev limit and idled at 1200rpm.

Excellent bit of software. Never had any trouble. You need to have burning software already installed btw. Quality results and seems to convert much quicker than others I've tried.
