went i went to malaysia in Feb i had my rucksack plus my DSLR shoulder bag (cam + 2 lenses + flash) no worries no query's (sp?) 3rd return trip ive done it all different airlines.
Ok irritating problem
if my headlights are off then i can full beam no problem however if they are on then no full beam. i assume its a relay but haynes doesnt show where the headlight relay is. so can anyone help me out here?

does your HU have a phone muting feature? some have a wire that mutes the stereo when you take a call. could have some how crossed that onto illumination send from the car.
down to dads work then, was just wanting to know if there are any common wiring faults etc, battery is a year old alternator is maybe 3 years old, replaced it myself.
you will get a radio signal you will just not be able to get a decent lock on any station...i have bought loads from china never any problems. if feedback is good and you dont have any issues if the radio doesnt work then go for it!

when on long journeys (over an hour) my battery light has begun to flicker intermittently on and off.
no problems so far have had the light going on and off for a couple weeks on long journeys. any ideas? on a Mk1 Clio
hard reset the router? re-enter all the internet settings WEP and then see if still getting d/c. check for a update for the router firmware while your at it. that be my suggestion after you try cliohunts one.

something dicky with the firewall maybe?if its being selective about what it allows online (MSN yes IE no) have u tested the MSN connection eg actually chatted online just to make sure that it is online.
try do a cmd line tracert -t on a webpage and see if it bounces back.

get bendix and girling and then take back the one you don't use. discs will be the same, guessing they are solid (outer edge is one solid piece) not vented (looks like 2 plates with fins inbetween them). safest option, especially if you only have one car, if you have brakes off then find you got...

i measured from centre up to arch. do i need to take both bars out if i only need to raise one side?

Lowered the front 35mm and just adjusted the torsion bar but like a doughnut by the time i put the wheels back on i realised that the rear left is a quarter inch higher than the rear right.
ill fix it another time but is it something i need to be worried about for the immediate? cheers
