To remove the swirls fully you should invest in a machine polisher such as a kestrel das-6, porter cable 7424 etc with appropriate pads/polishes (research on detailing world). Alternatively you could pay one of the very capable guys on here to sort your paint out, then leave it with yourself...

I always find that with my girlfriends car (a China blue 206) so considering you use good products I'd put it down to the colour of the car showing them up! Just a quick wipe over with a QD and you're fine
