Anyone know of the numbers or websites of Renault breakers in England who have 172 parts at the minute?

Anyone know the trim code for a Mk1 172 or chassis number - I need a front passenge door card quick!! Can anyone help me with either of these tortures? Cheers

Did anyone notice that the CTR feels so much quicker than the 172 on GT3 - is that just the Japs milking their own!!! Dont think it translates to real life though!

Jock - read autoexpress 2 0r 3 issues ago - Focus RS on cover - I think youll find that it is in fact a 1.8L Turbo Zetec lump with 215BHP!! The Cosworth engine will be a 2.0L sensibly enough!!

Soory chaps it was the interior photo that confused me - the creamy Mk2 one! That must be the French version!?

Capn - could u find out for me if I can remove the silver panel that goes around the centre airvents and stereo in the Mk 1 172 - need to replace mine and dont know if itll be alot of work - dont want ot start cutting up bits either! Cheers

Why did Auto Express run a second head to head with the cup and cooper S after only about a month ago they declared the cup Britains new hot hatch champ?? And not one set of performance figures matched - sort it out Auto express!

I remember readin in the brochure that the froggies got a nicer induction note because they sat on the left in front of the intake on that side - I think the renault sport schematic thats floating about somewhere shows induction only on the left - our passenge side/froggies drivers side!
