the MAP sensor on the inlet manifold etc etc.
I can let you have a set of genuine F4R 9.5:1 turbo pistons (£200) which are ok if you run low boost (about 3-6...

if it dont vary on uphill or down, its unlikelt to be load dependent, therefore, unlikely to be engine internals where load donates knock usually.
So, might be exhaust resonannce..

connected to the brake pedal is the actuator arm, that goes to the master cylinder, the servo is the large plate sized unit over the master cylinder.. (well hidden on the 72 !).
Just check all pipework, take of the plastic cover and look down the back etc.
