    May be worth changing the lot for uprated springs, either Eibach sportlines or prolines or Cooksport on here Or check the market place on here, for second hand genuine parts or the springs I mentioned above if budget is tight mate . They come up now and again

    Either RS Tuning or RS Murray (RS Tuning Paul's Dad's place) will so you right. I got my 172 cambelt done at RS Murrays and they're spot on

    Its not far off at all. People pack the mounts up with various things, like nuts fixed with cable ties and can get universal inserts which are harder and don't sag

    Ta Craig! OP the first link doesn't have abs rings on the rear discs, but Mintex are a good quality brake manufacturer. But I'd recommend using only the Brembo or Renault rear discs as they have better quality bearings in them than the other makes Second link will be cheap discs they get...
