How many clicks does ur hand brake do to be tight, to many is an indication ur pads are low, feel ur discs for a deep lip around the edge and has it got ridges? If it hasn't got these two symptoms it should be ok, try taking it to a reputable company tho, that's ur best bet, but whatever u do...
Does anyone know where prima racing get the parts to change from normal 172/182 brakes to a 310 mm disc size? Are they off another Renault model, or off another vehicle range?

I got a 182 n managed to do mine, jus type in port n polish on you tube n there's loads of vids, I did mine with a dremel! Just remember to match all ports to the gaskets and don't polish the inlet too much, hope this helps, if u got the tools u can also bring up the outside to a mirror finish...
Alternators are expensive, try n find a good second hand one, and there not hard to fit, most people can do it, why don't you try urself and if you get stuck then just put a thread up and people will be happy to help you, alternators usually last for a very long time so I wouldn't be to shy...
