Great engines in them mate, my brothers VTS is tuned to 159bhp with just a few simple mods.

Find a good bodyshop and let them do it....

Mine dropped slightly when I had mine fitted and a chip and pbv on as well. Only really noticeable when being right foot heavy cos its fuelling more. 20mpg is a joke though....summits wrong!

I use the oil pressure gauge as more of a guide until the oil is warm, but generally dont take it over 3.5K til oil is over 60 and then gradually build the revs up.....

coolent temp means f**k all, its the oil temp you wanna be watchin....

Toyos wear fairly quickly but have good grip in the dry. Grip isnt great in the wet though. To be honest, Ive had Yokos, Toyos and now Goodyears and will always pay the extra for the Goodyears. They are awesome tyres!

What were they for other tyres? Goodyears GSD3s, Uniroyal Rainsports, Toyo T1s.....

I dont let my valver go below 2/3rds on the gauge normally. Always keep it close to max, helps with the oil temps.....

Well 17s are normally cheaper than 16"s..... Have you tried http://www.mytyres.netwww.mytyres.net to get a rough guide on what you should be paying.

Thats a rip off imo! I assume its for 195/45/16s if its a 172, the same tyres I run on my valver. I got Goodyear GSD3s for £288, awesome tyres!

Still the valver lol! Just cant remember what it looks like or drives like as I havent driven it for about a month or so. Its currently in the bodyshop getting a couple of things done, will be back on the roads by the weekend hopefully......

Ive got the SportzBlue ones from Motorworld.....lot better than the standard valver bulbs......

I forked out that much (well not quite) for them. Worth every penny if they make my £288s worth of Goodyear rubber last longer......
