I read that it was easier to take the bumper off. I cant seem to get the clips off, I did try. I think 6 year old plastic is a bit brittle

with trying to fit the rs grill. Tried the method without removing the bumper and ended up snapping a few bits of plastic on the normal grill. Tried removing the bumper using the tutorial and cant get it off, it says something about pulling the wheel arch liner back and finding a bolt. I cant...

Yeah I understand, I have 4 led's drilled into my interior light that are wired up to that. For the footwells and under seats I installed a switch in the drinks holder and ran them off the ciggy lighter wires

You could just solder it on to the bulb circuit. That's what I did so it runs as normal like that
