The rs inlet manifold wont give you 8bhp on its own .you probably be better off with an inlet manifold match than just changing to the RS inlets .

use a hairdryer to heat the badges when removing , the heat will loosen the glue residue behind the badges . clean thoroughly before putting new badges on , try autoglym tar remover if required for stubborn marks . badges should pull away easily when warm .
