Yes, however grounding the stereo case with a new piece of wire will give it a good solid earth. If the issue stops, you have a ground issue!

Ground the case of the stereo to some bare metal or battery then try it. See if it still happens

Hi mate, first go to control panel and uninstall fastchip software. Then connect the rstuner to your PC. Then reinstall the software, during the installation you will get a check box asking if you want to install legacy vci drivers, check it then continue.
