    They would work better in the bin. Decent set of components up front, and a decent set of coaxial in the rear will do the trick!

    Have you tried the headphones jack on the front of the computer, same effect? Sounds like a bad earth to me

    WIndows Surface Pro 2 anynone

    Haven't use one myself, but great spec and they look good. Plus you can actually do proper stuff on it unlike a ipad/android tablet

    Windows 8.1 is actually really really good. It's so fast. Difference between 8 and 8.1 is huge. I hate windows 8 but would recommend 8.1
