Best to pack it with rubber, like some samco hosing as it will wear through just as quick if its packed with metal. and then will go clank clank. Ebay is best for new ones, i got a whole mount unit for £10 posted, bargain

Top dash off. Then just look at bolts and shiz that connects the lower dash in. You have to remove many things, steering wheel, stalks, fan controls etc. Then the ducting for the fan's is "welded" to the dash so you have to get a soldering iron and carefully melt away the welds, its...

Clio's have a nose down stance anyway. You wont see much difference really until 60mm drops. That 45/30 will be fine on standard shocks. I had sportlines on mine. and they were great. With 60mm you need new shocks ideally. Check out my suspension sticky for pics. It settled down nicely...

Most probably needs tightening. Either under the downpipe heatshield or in the cabin by the handbrake. My last clio had effeicenty of like 4% lols
