DAEMON Tools is a virtual cd/dvd-rom emulator and is able to emulate nearly all known copy protections on the market today. The application mounts ISO images to a virtual drive without having to burn them to a CD.

Think it has them in it but I've not used it for ages so I can't say for sure. Download it and try.

Just uninstall like you would with any other program. I think it has some themes built into the prgram for you to choose.

It just changes the look, all your programs and data will say without a problem.

Just a theme, it basically changes the parts that make Windows look like it does at the moment and changes it to look like something else. Everything (like data) else will stay the same.
