There won't be much in it but some tuners can tune the chip to the individual car whereas Superchips and such like use a generic chip. Not a massive difference overall.

Not based on your last comment. If you are talking about the interior, then yes, the Cup's is basic but the car is not a Dynamique with a 2 litre engine. So, no, it would appear you don't! ;)

Bit of a generalisation. I'm sure they think the same of Clio/Corsa/Astra, whatever drivers too and get the same reaction. Let's face it, they are all low(ish) budget performance cars and the reason we buy them is to have fun. Most people have a point to prove and that's where the cocky...

They do have a sweet retro look to them! Although they are quick, I didn't find it any quicker than the Cup. Plus the dated interior was enough for me not to buy one but still a great motor!

What do you mean by the "Cliosport mentality" then? It's not exculsive to Cliosport. Negative comments are as fair as positive, which were both provided. Do you want everyone to be nice and like everything?

Does everyone have to like them? No. Comments were requested. IMO, nice car and great quality but less fun than the 182. More space inside too, which can help.

New clio looks terrible, even the sport. The front is fugly!!

I had my Clio for over 5 years and didn't have the belts done. I had them closely inspected and they were in good condition due to low mileage. Fine for me. Maybe not on buying a car in that scenario.

^^ Money well spent. More power from the engine ain't cheap on a Clio.
