vtec has nothing to do with controlling the timing. its to do with the third larger loeb on the cams.

if you have the inlets matched, do you have them matched with the head as well? if so how would it make a difference if you bought a set of ready matched inlets as your head would not have been matched with them. or have i got it compleatly wrong.

i did pm ady182 but he never got back to me. (i think he is busy with all the fcs stuff) i know they are only a few quid off ebay but they are free from a frend and i get them the next day lol.

was you flooring it before it had warmed up before because mine is slow as foook to start with but once warm it seems a fair bit quicker. sorry just read the thread proply.
