    Aux belt kit is £116, cambelt is just under £140 from memory! plus 2 x seals at £4 and £6. Aux belt kit is renault only, cambelt kit can be got from a motor factors for about £100 sheets with seals.

    It depends if the company quotes to repair it (rare), where they would straighten it etc, or replace it, cut it out and fit new! Then it gets expensive!

    Yep, but you would be suprised, they can read good with no material worth a toss! If there was no evidence of metal on metal at the time of test, you can't fail it!

    You can, but imo there is no need! It is upto the tester if he feels the tyres are overly perished, pads if you can't see them you cant test them! CV clip could of come off this week!
