lol^^^ was my first trackday there, and wanted todrive home so was taking it relatively easy ;)
think most cars there were running mega camber and semi slicks tbh tho, which would give a far better handling set up than a set of avos just thrown on and the michy pe 2s ;)
little clip...
since when did the vee look like a gp b supercar???
looks more like a clio with a halfrauds bodykit on to me .
and the vees at spa seemed to be strugglin tryin to catch the willy down the straights. granted they caught up quite well thru the twisty bits, dont know how much of that was...
mine stands me at about 8-9K all up, in the last 6 years ...including the purchase price.
the other one stands me at about £1500 in 2 years, again this includes purchase price.
best to have 1 for general nobbin about, and 1 to cart the family about in imo. thankfully the mrs has just got rid of her dci n is now runnin round in a valver.....so thats a williams for thrashin, a williams for general, and the valver for the mrs to trash. ;) seems to work quite well tbh...

only saxo/106 iv ever really had a prob with is craggys old un. pretty much dead level from standstill to 140+ , freakishly fast. ran 14.5s all day at york or pod. 12.2s at crail ;) but things went a little differently after the mods.....as can...
i was timed many moons ago for pgti, only managed 1 timed run as the pug 205 there kept breaking the timing equipment.
ran 7.01 then.
have run 5.63 at york dragstrip.
the williams wont hit 60 in 2nd gear unless its had the limiter raised, the 172s usually get there a little quicker, but...

my williams ran weber bodies and alpha+ ecu. never really had it mapped to my car, as the kit came off another williams, wayne at chip wizards would have been my personal choice to map it, but i never really got round to getting it done. it will be back next year when i have a bit more time...
lol...iv said this b4, an il say it again....i consider myself an average driver, maybe a little braver than some ;).....the guys at spa , most of the foriegners knew the track mate, and il admit i got passed a few times on the corners. there was a yellow/green coloured vee, he chased me round...
ah.....but then hes creating a hell of a lot more drag which makes it slower than ur 182 richy....which is trying hard to catch the williams doin one up the inside ;)
oooo we hit a nerve?? lmao.
iv got plenty more vids that show the willys superiority over the 172/182/197/v6s/meg 225s on track as well mate ;)
try www.streetfire.net and run a search for clio williams. theres a few vids of the rs days. and then heres the spa day vids from this...
