I'm @ college doing vehicle body repair and also have a job in a body shop so I have access to spray booths, guns etc etc. If you did it yourself it could turn out rougher than expected. Don't use a can. It's gotta go on your car at the end of the day, i'd want it to look as good as possible...

12 inches is way too big to seal. They would just advise to get a new one. I think on most insurance companies, no claims bonus is affected but only if you make something stupid like 6 windscreen claims a year. Gotta be unlucky to have that many cracks.

Try heating up the plastic with a hair dryer before applying any product.

I'm scrapping the aircon. Mines running 195bhp @ the mo. It will be well above 200bhp when finished and it'll sound the dogs bollox. Can't wait! Will give you car a french kiss when i'm down there, if it's still there.

Oh and with standard exhaust, standard airbox.... i was running my modded inlet, de-cat and smt6. I was getting 182bhp.

Coilovers are best mod but if you wanna save some money mate.... my inlet is coming off my car soon which is matched already as i'm getting throttle bodies. I'd sell you it no problem and it will be cheaper then getting it done. PM me if interested. I have an mk1 172 so it will bolt off...

Make sure you spray the door handles and boot lock if you havent already.

Id be holding back abit in a built up area especially with all that power. Housing estates, kid's running across road etc. Sensible me :)
