Got all the belts done with a service, dayum my pocket is thin!

So I got 30mm lowering springs, they seem lower than 30mm to me though. I have 25mm spacers on the rear and 20mm are in the post for the front!

Also if anyone knows the name of "the bit under the bonnet" or a part number would be great, stephs is f**ked...

We solved it! To anyone else having this problem, jack up the other side of the car... *facepalm*

We can't jack it because the driveshaft is in the way!

We checked to make sure the spring was seated right. We also have a socket stuck on to some rust as seen in the picture ;)

I have tom-tom Europe which I'll be using ;) Geddes you can use your satnav with no charges if you turn off data, satnavs with the maps already loaded into them don't use data, just gps.

That sounds like a plan, I'll ring around some local body shops.
