Them bulbs he linked ARE NOT DESIGNED TO GO IN PROJECTOR UNITS ffs, they are not proper xenon bulbs FYI, I have had them bulbs for circa two years, never been pulled and no one has ever complained about me blinding them. Also they are no brighter than standard bulbs, just more of a whitey/blue...

It looks like it's staying on the cold map(even though you can see the water temp is okay). Could be the temperature sensor. Have a search on her for 'car staying on cold map' or similar and you will find your answer

Fair enough, power supplies can be a pain in the ass on these. Apple iPad chargers work well as they're high output! I think another rev of Raspbmc has come out lately too!
