lol I love the state of paranoia that IT gets people in.
I work in IT for a company employing 500 people, and let me tell you. Theres too much to do too worry about people using messenger, or searching through peoples history.
The only time we've ever looked at someone because they managed to...
Normally they won't let you change your contract before the 6 month period. After that you can change to the cheapest tariff they offer if you like.
I'm paying £15pm with O2, 500 x-net minutes, and 500 texts, and 2mb data transfer. :)
Only way you get a good deal these days is by haggling like buggery with your existing supplier, O2 did me a really sweet deal this year for staying onboard.
Just marketing bullsh1t to help sell their sh1tty format. By branding everything it ensures the millions of people who are going to be caught in the confusion during the crossfire will buy their product over a non-branded 'ready' product.
HD-DVD for the win!
See now you're taking things to literally, the point im getting at is the Wii offers unparalleled diversity over anything that's ever existed in the market, anything currently, and anything on the horizon.
I'm not saying games should replace real life activity, far from it. On a controller...
Why would i want to be blowing some f*****s head off using some old skool controller, when I can be waving my arms around using motion detection while bowling? Or firing a bow? Or fishing? Or playing tennis? Aiming a gun? Kicking a ball?
Why does gaming have to be slobbing out in a chair...
Sony are doing a damn fine job of pressing the self-destruct button themselves, their gaming division has already lost $1.6 billion so far since April. Then theres the fact they are making a $300 loss on each PS3 they sell.
As much as I hate Sony these days, I still think their entry to the...
Sigh...perhaps you should pick on a point worth mentioning. GG
That's a single reason out of a dozen that I can think of, and sure by itself isn't cause to rush to the shops, but it is a consideration if it's going to sit in my lounge with my AV stuff.
Would be a Wii everytime for me, for several reasons:
- The Wii is cheaper.
- The Wii looks better.
- The Wii is looking like evolutionary gaming.
- The Wii represents innovation.
- I'm not looking for the same old games with nicer graphics, I want gaming depth.
- Nintendo have the backing of...
Paypal is NOT protected in the UK (only in USA/Canada), which I found out to my detriment of £350.
Got skanked then PP came after me for the money, stupid fuckwits. Don't risk it, and ignore those telling you otherwise.
If this bloke isnt in on saturday, is that your problem? Nope.
Should of...
Right done some research on this, here's your answers:
The QSI SDW-041 is a DVD+/DVD+RW burner, therefore it will not write DVD-R media.
I suggest first of all you try burning some DVD+R discs, and if you still have that issue then download the following file...
Ok theres a start.
Try burning a CD mate and see if it works at the moment. That will prove the drive is functioning and that it's installed correctly.
Then try reading a DVD and see if that works ok.
Lemme know.
Hm, my first questions would be:
Are you sure you have a DVD writer (stupid question, but people at work regularly think CDRW can write DVD's)?
Are you sure that they are the correct DVD discs for your writer? I suggest Imatation/Verbatim DVD-R 4.7gb.
Make sure you're putting the disc in...
That's why i'm not criticising the game itself, i'm sure the game is good enough. But the point im making is multiplayer on consoles just doesn't work aswell as their PC counterparts - they just don't translate aswell - IMO
In fact I can't think of a single multi-platform game available for...
Nopes, not played either to be honest. Not going to get a 360, going to go for a Wii instead, looks like fun, and it's something i can't do on a PC.
Sure they're good games, just after trying numerous FPS on consoles over the years, none of them have captivated me. GTA3/VC played well on the...
Reliable, engine wise yes, you'll do well to blow it as long as you keep it well oiled. That said my dad's Prelude 2.2 managed to stick a rod through the block on a motorway, cost him £2,500 to get a new engine sent over from Jap land. But they are prone to a number of mechanical faults...
First question would be, why did you buy a CTR?
The only more common hatch I see about is the MCS. My old man had one of these when they were first launched, turned plenty of heads back then, best part about them is the gear stick placement, and the seats. Oh and it drank about 1L of oil every...
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the game and what they tried to do - But while I have a PC sitting there, I would always choose the PC over any console multiplayer in the FPS/TP genre. It just feels right.
I figured that out because I played it for a about 2 weeks and came to that conclusion. Yes it may have been popular in terms of XBL, but it had been bundled with millions of units and it was one of the first offerings to promote the XBL platform. The controls on a pad blow, the games were dull...
Disagree, sure there are many programs which not researched will basically pose as anti-spyware utilities, but actively install spyware as part of their install proceedure and then require you to buy a licence before they remove it.
But the programs he mentioned (S&D, Ad-aware) are anything...
Rust mate, rear arches can be pretty bad sometimes.
Looks in good nick though, and unmolested. Be aswell to ask on the Williams forum mate, lot more MK1 owners there, and they know a fair bit.
