    Well im now trying to manipulate the whole new arm back into place but the ARB is nicely in the way! Best to do up the balljoint pinch nut first then try to manhandle the rest into place?

    Evening people. Im doing a late (prob gonna be very late) at work. In the middle of changing my nearside lower arm (think it needs a new balljoint). Undone the inboard bolts, the ARB bracket bolt and the balljoint pinch bolt but i can't get the balljoint to drop out of the hub! And...

    Utter tosh. I chose the Cup because its a hell of a lot more driver focused than the FF....not because i couldn't afford the FF. The Cup is more of a drivers car...its as simple as that.

    As much as everyone harps on about the new 197, Cup etc, they have all lost the charm and personality the Mk2 has. Yeah it may be "superior" in most area's but that doesn't make it more fun IMO. And no....im not a bitter 172 Cup owner wishing i could afford a 197 Cup....hell i nearly bought...

    Eibach Prolines on a 182

    The Prolines do lower non-cupped 182's but not a great deal. Sportlines are the way to go for a Cup packed car, but again, the drop isn't much. They are more of a handling improvement.

    To be honest i'd say its prob better off with 0w 40 rather than 10w 40.

    Was it Racing Blue? I was gonna mention i saw a RB 197 parked up on the right hand side of the road up the road from the shops near your house.
