This is a new one to appear recently on my Cup....oh the joy. Its a squeeking noise that only happens on start up from cold and it increases with revs but it disappears when the clutch is depressed. Am i right in thinking its the release bearing? If so....how much is a new clutch?

That pic makes it look like its sitting lower than it actually is. I've had a play with it tonight and its sitting a bit better than it was. The main thing is she's happy with it.....i could spend bloody hours tweaking it cos im never bloody happy!:o

Buy Eibachs. That way you are buying a set of springs that are for your car. Cup springs will fit but the spring/damper rates will be different.
