Why is it silly? They are background programmes. None of them actually need to be on there. You could start up your virus scanner when your PC starts up by itself. They slow pc's down so much and conflict with other pieces of software. Having these on is just being lazy. It's not like unticking...

Xp, start > run > msconfig > Startup tab. Disable All. Apply, Close, Restart Try again to see if that helps.

Agreed. Had mine done and it improves the drive. Sounds better too. The janspeed de-cat from k-tec is supposed to give 7bhp gains on a 172 Mk1 which is what i've got but I doubt it's made that much of an improvement.

Cut it into the bumper, don't have it hanging. Looks gay in my opinion. Less of the backbox you see the better. Like above ^^^ Mine is very similar to that.
