Mk3 you mean? You have Mk3 phase 1 (2005-2009) or MK3 phase 2 (2009 onwards)

Yeah strange one. My old Cup (Nov 2002) had RS inlets, but the one i had just recently didnt, again a 2002. Anyway i'd decat and inlets, then a RS tuner remap. Good little set up that for not a lot of £££

I had exactly the same issue. I'm 100% convinced the hole system was jigged 15mm out. I sold it on in the end, what ever I did or Birchdown, it was too stressed :(. Did sound well though

No! Green/Red stuff are poor. Stick with O.E on the rear, i even think the fronts are fine for B road driving. If the fronts must be upgraded stick some DS2500's in there

RS tuner. I got one off here for that exact problem (low idle speed) Once remaped it sat just under 1k. Perfect.

They do pull harder from 5k, no doubt about it
