you can use cable ties as a cheap fix, to hold the rubber up. Or around £15 from renault.
They are a pain in the arse to remove though, best trying the cable ties first.
182 turbo has a character of its own. Look like a complete dick when reversing due to paddle clutch biting hard and making a load of noise.
Apart from that its easy. Compared to my 172 ph2 the clutch is easier in traffic. Petrol consumption seems to have improved surprisingly!

Should i use a different grade oil? Currently stocked up with fully synthetic 5w40.
I thought about buying those too, i think money is too high. A couple of those could be buckled.

Yep, just get a decent set of pads. I can recommend ferodo ds2500s they bite hard! Dont touch greenstuff pads, as I have some on the car i bought and they barely get the abs kicking in and thats in the wet.
