Well Silk Road is no more. It's been seized by the FBI and an arrest of the person the suspect to be DPR has been made. A lot of speculation around it at the minute as most believe that the real DPR sold the site quite a while back. Will be keeping an eye on this to see what the score is.

Nexus 4. Nothing compares to vanilla/GPE Android. I replaced my S3 LTE for it a couple of weeks ago and haven't regretted it once. I'd personally wait for the Nexus 5 though.
