When the game starts press the back button and you should see who is the host at the top with a full connection, well this is how I think you know who is the host, please correct me if I am wrong :o

Water cooling is safe as houses if done right but if you are going to do it then go custom and put in your own setup. I was going to get one of these "kits" but after plenty of research on the net it was easy enough to go it alone :). Here is mine...
