No mate. I meant I'd already got a Samsung surround sound system so this TV would match (in the sense it's the same make, not same colour)

Any reason why you need drivers? CD/DVD drives generally don't have/need drivers.

It's on it's way now! It was either this or a Sharp 32" I was offered and no offence to the Sharp but the Samsung seems the better TV. It will be interesting to see how the White surround looks once the TV's in place.

LCD's aren't affected by magnetic interference in any way whatsoever. CRT's/Plasmas are however.

I've been offered this as a replacement after my burglary. Anyone (McBunny ;) ) know anything about it? Not sure how a white TV would look but aren't these Samsung's mean to be quite good? Plus it would match my Samsung DVD player/surround sound.

Tried that mate (I googled .ape) and it still didn't work. Perhaps the download was corrupt or something.

I found something it wont play the other day... .ape music files.. Can't find anything to play them.

Re: hindernce to newsleecher?? The username and password sent by Worldpay is to log into your Worldpay account (to change payment details, access receipts etc) The username/password you need will come from Newsdemon directly, something like "Welcome to Newsdemon.com"

Vob files are dvd files (which are mpeg2 by their nature) What's the reason for converting them?

It only needs 2 LNB feeds for the recording aspect. It will work perfectly well with 1LNB aslong as you don't want to record something and watch another channel. I'm having the same problem with Sky in my apartment.
