Unfortuantely this is the "new plusnet" who couldn't give a rats ass, they won't be caving in. There's people who have had no adsl service for weeks from them and plusnet still wont let they move without penalty fees.

The download 24/7 is the only way you can get out of this, as they are the ones then ending the contract.

Leave it downloading 24/7 maxed out. They'll help you move, but I suspect that you won't have time for this to have the required effect.
