i ussually fill mine up just as it gets on the red but i have been known to leave it a couple of days before filling. dont like doing it tho. any way gotta go, need to go fill up.
get the car in the air and have a look underneath and at each end of the skirt and take out any screws or rivets that are there then it will either fall off or be clipped on and need a good tug not 100% sure tho as ive never done one
read on here that a few people (myself included) have trouble with the old heel and toe trick because the accellerator pedal is too low. is there any way of removing the alloy pedal and sandwiching somthing between the plastic pedal and the alloy pedal to raise it up a bit. was thinking how to...

i got my missis one for her KA at x mas along with a fly 10" amped sub, and the batt kept dying so i got a new batt but it still kept dying so i tested the drainage on the car and it was high, unconnected the amped sub and tested it again and it was the same so that eleiminated that. was also...
all sorted now so panic over. quite chuffed accually as ive managed to sort a few problems i was having with it out so no more rattling from the exhaust or heat shield, the oil is also now sorted and ive sorted out my wobly back box that was also rattling like mad, it sounds quite nice again...
it will fit but you do havto moddify the bumper as it meets the wings on a 1*2 differently to the way the other bumpers on clios do, as for prices its probly worth having a butchers in the for sale section. they are always poping up in there and will be cheaper than it you buy a spankers new one...
sounds like the amp is clipping out, try turning the amp gains right down to nothing, then turn up the head unit untill it starts to sound s**t, then turn the gains back up on the amp until the sub just starts to distort. thats if that is the problem though. i would try that before ripping out...
i know the feeling of paying out, mine needs some cash thowing at it too, sounds like a bag of nails at the mo` the heat shield is rattling, the exhust mount has colasped, the front springs are squeecking like mad the service light keeps coming on and oil keeps flashing at me on the display...
thats what it sounds like to me too. make sure you have the remote wire connected to the correct wire on the head unit because if it connected the power feed for the station memmory and clock then it will continuosly feed power to the sub.
