** Slight update **
Finally got round to taking some pics with the RS grille on.
Front, side and rear bumpstrips, aswell as door handles soon to be colour coded, after that its Eibach sportlines and 172 wheels if I can find a decent set :D
Also needs new plates as you can see im...
Standard size is 185/55/15 right..
Would 195/50/15s fit? Was looking at doing this when the tyres need doing as to me wider tyres look better, any advantages of doing this?
Didnt know this...I always tell them its garaged as it often is. Why would it be lower for parking it on the street surely its safer in a garage?
How would they ever be able to find out who drives it everyday?
Never been before, really wana go this year. Just wanted to know:
Can any members park in the CS stand? And is anyone heading up from the midlands way :D?
The anger from some people in there comments here is absolutely comical lol...calm down ffs :D
A few cases of sense of humour failure
Pure comedy this car is I think, bet its hilarious seeing that ridin' round
I like it mate. unique and cool
Who would think to put porsche rims on a Clio ;) great skills!
also agree with the above comment, think it needs some euro plates tbh!
TQuestion for this is, if anyone can help me, how long do you need to leave them for?
Slightly conerned about leaving the car jacked up for a good while on the drive whilst waiting to dry...how long before the wheels can be put back on?
Liam as a temp measure u could just get the Karcher snow foam gun (thats if your PW is a karcher) its £15 in halfords and gives pretty good foam, not as good as the HD lance, and it runs out fairly quick
Have all the kit inc. Karcher, foam gun, washmitts clay etc...Say if I got and claying out the way day before or something, reckon you could give me an example price for just the correction...Im local-ish- 45 min commute for you
Knowsit mate- getting arse raped by insurance ftl! How much u paying for yours (with your mods) Jord?Decided on Eibach sportlines which is 40-50mm front and 35mm rear:approve:
Ah thats cool..that is a rareity lol. Come to think of it lad down my road had his old XR2i with CIS at 18. I;ll get...
No shame in it for me tbh mate... Insurance is in her name yep, worked out cheapest I just wanted to get on the road asap back then, cost £1900 that way (Im 17) would have been over £2k on my own. Will be going on my own end of this year though
Oh well I;ll get her 2 ring them and see what...
Was gonna say...we talking normal driving here or??
As Brett said above, my 1.2- 3k normal driving for me, though like to give 2nd a bit of stick
If having a blast then once engine;s warmed up usually about 5k only ever redlined it couple times :o
But then again I imagine a 172/82...
