Hacked mine off aswell but a decent set of pliers will twist it off in the end. Best thing to do would be get the centre painted on the original though tbh, OEM look is better
Jord, in answer to that I;m just a named driver on my Mom;s policy with the RAC. So wont be getting any NCB this year:dapprove:
Mite brave it on my own next year depending what it costs...looking at doing the same next year with the RAC will be about £900 so they reckon
RichCup- not seen that before, looks interesting though. Megs Detailer product range is pretty highly rated

ULTIMATE COMPOUND...
Thats what my mate did but tbh with mine I cut the rubber then plyerd off the plastic cap thats underneath it. Actually wish I hadnt botherd, would have been a better idea to get the plastic centre on the original sprayed and slapped a new gear decal on it
Good luck anyway mate

I thought your 15" Dynamiques were 16" 172 wheels at first, must be the extreme lowering:evil: and powdercoating
great bit of work keep it up
As already said, SRP is mainly a filler so hides swirls rather than removes them, but does a damn good job of it and leaves a nice finish. Proven to be one of the best hand polishes
Rich have you seen that new Meguiars polishing compound coming out in 09, can be used by hand, "Ultimate...
I reckon its a billabong with that interior. Looks nice though mate, tidy car, plenty of potential!
You;re right about insurance though, mines pretty much the same car but 04 plate and im 17 aswell, £1700 to insure fully comp as a named driver behind my mom
Lovely car if u ask me. Looks great with the pro race 1.2s
How can u say this car dont look good anyone its styled by Bertone
Or maybe Im biased, my mom had a 1.8 coupe with irmscher kit and then a std 2.0 convertible
that has actually come in quite useful, was trying to decide between apex 40mm springs and eibach sportlines for my 1.2, thanks mate lol.
Btw the coilovers look great, should look even better once settled:cool:
Jcc I think yours looks spot on mate, nice and subtle
Android: easy for you to say when your running coilies, owning possibly the lowest non-sport on the forum :)
