Wouldn't bother with an AVCR myself, too many gimmicks for my liking. Can't go wrong with a nice simple Greddy Profec B Spec II.

I used a DA, and a heavy polish (Sonus SFX-1), then went down through to a fine polish (SFX-3). This was after wet sanding with 2000 grit.

We were able to use the shock like a hand pump for tyres it was that shagged!

Never rule it out. I know my subframe is bent, but I can't rule out the worst case.
