There are plenty of fool proof cameras out there, but wireless, hmm. You can get ones that you can link up to your phone and put photos directly onto your phone etc but I’m not sure about uploading them directly unless it’s one of those Samsung Android compact cameras.
The lenses are more expensive, but second hand there are some bargains to be had, such as the 70-200 F4L which can go for reasonable prices, I'm planning on one as my next lens :)
So tonight - or looking at the time - last night I went to Liverpool to give the new camera a proper test, so I thought I’d post up the results :)

A few from over the weekend, they’re just from around town so nothing special, hopefully I’ll go somewhere a bit better next weekend :)

IMO a step up in your body can give you room to improve and it can inspire you to go out and shoot, I can't begin to tell you how much nicer it was to shoot with my D7000 after my D5100.
Nope, not one bit. The images are stunning no matter what the subject, the grip is big and moulded to the hand, it just feels really nice in the hand being a pro body. So all in all it's brilliant, I'm loving the HUGE viewfinder too, it makes framing a shot a dream.
I got the Sigma 50mm F1.4 for my 5D2 today, it’s an absolutely awesome combo, nice and sharp, quick to focus and really smooth bokeh.

Apparently the autofocus on the X100s is enough by itself to justify the price it's that much of an improvement. Lots of people rate both very highly though :)
You might as well just get the mk1, just as an accompaniment for your 7D :)
I'll post some pics on here sometime over the weekend from when the lens comes.
Yeah, it’s perfect for my type of photography. Extreme sports or the pro that absolutely needs those crucial shots then maybe you’d want to look at something better, but in general it’s fine :) I love the images compared to APS-C cameras in my experience, the files it produces just look special...
James uses his for motorsport and it’s fine, the AF on the 5D2 is easily a match for my D7000 in practise, I think people who are used to ultra-fast pro action orientated cameras lose some perspective in camera reviews etc, the 5D2’s AF is made out to be a lot worse than it is.
