heard they dont do much, coz the idea of the chip is to sort out the fuelin making sure the right ratio air/fuel is bein pumped in so the PBV will jus do the same as the chip but wont be as accurate! if u got a chip not point in a PBV i think!

need ur chip redone due to more fuel bein pumped in!

he aint got one yet we used to share a yellow/green corsa 1.4 16v sport but got rid of it and i got a clio! U cant weld a bit of metal to a plastic strip! :p

lol! yea 40mm F 60/70mm B i didnt put nething behind em, only do the metal plates if its for locks stop people pokin through the filler! jus put sh*t loadz of filler in, let it set then sand it down!

i did it myself, the badges jus rip off then jus get some multi purpose filler from B&Q and smooth it over! then go halfords and get some matchin spray and few coats later will look fine! HOPEFULLY!

u knwo when u overtighten it coz the bolt head will come off! jus tighten it til the is a fair resistance or until u start strainin! tighten em in stages otherwise ull leaks! how much would it actually cost to get a mechanic to do it?

cant u jus go down the local hardware and pick one up! or get k-tec to send u another?

try it with the baffles on! is it ment to make a difference to performance wit em on or is it jus sound?

couldnt it be the back pressure, if there isnt a certain amount of pressure then the car will stall, coz my mate has to start his car wit the accelerator! correct me if im wrong!

valver jus has a plastic cover on top and proberly a bigger gasket! how often should u change the oil coz i aint done it since i bought it on 90k and now ive done up to 95k?

yea, put some of those Sooper multi Talley wacker ding dong triple cored nitrous filled pink with polka dots plugs see if they make a difference! ;) or was it the super doopa nitro blazing ding dong double split plugs!
