tru but if you have a jap car made for japan only , you wouldn't need the details on the clock as high over the equivelant speedo 112mph , do you get wot i mean , hence changing the clocks when you import one
what i can recall some jap cars have limited speedos and the clocks are im kmph , they will only go to 112 or thereabouts , when importing one over here you would have to get the limiter removed and change the speedo clocks
might be ok as the seller is trying to proove the cat c car is not another car with the details moved across .
ie swapping vin numbers to a stolen car , ringing the car in a way .
if dvla can be shown the car in its true form with original vin plates , theres nowt to be worried about .... ;)
