it wasn't cranking at all! Turn the key to ignition on and all you get was a few clicks of a few relays.
doesnt matter anyway its not even cold so Davies issue is probably different
Battery on the bmw used to go flat enough that it wouldn't start the car. Drop tested fine. Was a bit low voltage wise but nothing too bad. So cold weather can hinder a battery.
this may well be a different issue though.
My local place told me it was ok and actually told me the issues I was having was probably due to the cold weather.
its worth asking. If its free it costs you naff all and you might save yourself buying a new battery
Called Sod's law mate.
Get it drop tested to be sure before spending any money, you may just have a drain on the car somewhere that could be a cheap fix
When its shut down I mean now...
if it drops about 0.01 v every second or so its shagged. I'd find a drop tested to be sure of it though. Will tell you in seconds if you need a new oneone
Does the voltage at the battery drop at all when you're holding the meter on it?
got a battery centre local? Ask them to drop test it for you, will give you a definite answer then as to wether your battery is shagged
Lol ill admit the top part of the seat looks like they forgot how to draw but they're still really comfy :p
its good. Off for its detail tomorrow. 300mile round trip to take me over 1500miles in total :)
actually having taken a closer look, they look exactly the same as the focus. So should...
Because she knows its your mum. Its the same principle.
if you were buying these to sell on at full price in your own shop your taking money from Tesco. Ok she shouldn't have raised the price (not as if she could unless she was a manager anyway) but you will get nowhere complaining trust me I...
Yes she can, Tesco have a policy of no more than 6 per customer. Don't blame the cashier for doing her job
people go in buying things on offer in bulk and then sell them in their corner shops at a higher price
I'm not English ;) try not to be so arrogant next time.
theres no problem with being patriotic but your something else.
question for you, would you ever consider buying a non French made car?
My focus doesn't have any above 1500 rpm and having done over 1000 miles in it now I can safely say I'm never under 1500rpm so I fail to see where I would be effected by lag...
