They blame it on poor maintenance because if they conceded it was a design fault then they could be held liable for any accidents. ask any manufacturer, no car made anywhere in the world by anyone has ever had a common fault

My universal spacers centre bore is bigger than the bore on the hub so they will never sit 100% straight. Yours must be the same

I put money on the spacer not being central, have the same issue with 5mm spacers on the BMW. If they're not near enought central when the wheel goes off it acts like an imbalance and makes the wheel wobble. its the reason I haven't taken my wheel off to change a wishbone because I cba with the...

The shell he bought was rusty as feck, he's chopped bits out and rebuilt it very well though and resprayed it himself. He only bought it to rally anyway and tbh I can't wait :)

My mate is currently doing this to an rst he's painted his white too only he's not as fussy as you're being and just putting old rusty bits back on it as he will be rallying it
