i can get a perfect finish to it, i'm a good sprayer...i've done all my plastic moulds and door handles etc, just thought you guys may have some good prep tips for it and if its easy to remove/put back on

Is it easy to remove? what preperation would you reccomend before spraying it as it seems a wierd surface compared to what i've sprayed before... should i just use brake cleaner to get rid of akk the silicones and grease, grey primer a few coats, black a few coats then clear laquer?

the badges are painted "iceberg silver" and you can buy it in the tin from halfords! the badges are grey primed and iceberg silver and clear laquer!

i'm liking those extreme ones that subway is selling...hard to find RS ones!

they are not 2l badges...sprayed silver 16v ones :D rear bumper and side skirts sprayed by moi! never got round to doing front one yet...

is 115db loud for a car horn? what are standard horns? :P

ah 209 :) miles away...is it a full system you are wanting i take it? you can get some nice stainless steel custom full systems for around that price, me personally would go for a custom system but each to their own. Least with a custom system you can basically get it as loud or as quiet as you want

peco are good exhausts now..in the past they have tended to be very cheap and "bodged" but recently i have noticed a big increase in standards and excellent quality! p.s. i work at halfords and sell them :P my friend also has one on his v.calibra

i've used them before and are very good, cheaper than going to a repair shop i think :D and they come to your house !!

induction kit does jack all really to a 1.2 :P unles i get the K-Tec relocation pipe? so center box makes a lot of difference??
