Cheers! And a tip for B&W photography is that it’s all about contrast IMO, there’s a big difference between the shot you get out of the camera and the final shot with the contrast tweaked, really brings out that rustic, moody atmosphere, of course its all for a certain type of shot.
Cheers! For these I actually set the camera to take the images in Black and white, I could have just put them to black and white in PP but I enjoy shooting in Monochrome, I love the textures and tones that are more apparent than in colour shots :)
Just a few street shots from a day in Llandudno on sunday, feel free to C+C as its only my second attempt at street shooting, I’m enjoying this new area of photography, so many opportunities to get great shots, anyway -

Whoops my bad, always say that by accident, don’t worry I did know that, just its one of those things you get mixed up with.
I’ll make sure I check my post next time, save you getting all stressed about it :o
For me, unless the background is part of the photo, a fast aperture to blur the background is a must. I’m a fan of the pictures on Stanceworks, Lots of DoF gives a nice look to the photo IMO, and of course, the CPL is an absolute must as has already been mentioned.
I’m guessing the ‘small cameras with big lenses’ are CSC’s? Micro 4/3’s, Sony NEX’s, Nikon 1 etc.
Those are good options, brilliant little camera’s, they should be right on Budget too. Personally I’d go for the Micro 4/3’s camera’s due to a larger range of lenses and accessories than say the...
One I missed out from CSS,
I get the feeling this one could be a bit marmite, its supposed to be a moody almost silhouette type image, anyway-

The 10-22 will be better to get shots that really capture the atmosphere from around the grounds and inside the stadium and to show the entire scene in one frame.

I probably wouldn't go into Motorsport for the reasons you said, tbh it just finding a job full stop in the world of photography, but I'm not fussy either way, I enjoy shooting a lot of things. I might send an email to the series, see what they say, just my age that restricts what I can do...
Haha Cheers, I’ve had restaurants use my work such as this one- http://www.facebook.com/pages/Pizzeria-Golf-Park-di-Lorenzo-Brugoni/310588149242 and I got an email from a magazine regarding a picture of mine, so its all publicity :) Anyway Thanks, means a lot, I’m defiantly going to stick at it...
