correct me if I'm wrong but a de cat is exactly that...a straight through pipe with nothing in it.. a sports cat is still a cat but the gauze(sp?) inside it has bigger holes than a standard CAT. For full deristriction get the decat, don't forget that you'll need astandard CAT for MOT time...

potentially, it's also down to the bore size of the CAT back you get too

not for me, for someone else, but i tell ya what, if my prospeed breaks again i certainly won't bother going back to get it fixed...

What have you got? recomendations/opinions? If you have vids that would be handy, preferably of a 172 with just the exhaust thats been changed, ie, still has the CAT. cheers Ryan

yeah just found out about that. bit worried about compatability tho...with my atandard unit and the harddive... hopefully going to test my hard drive with one in the future thanks to mr has :)

don't think thats right mate. Mine is literally just a harddrive on its on not the whole laptop..

nope! the iPOD one is the Dension link but I don't got an iPOD so thats kind out the window lol

I'm sure I've seen on here a cable that connects to the CD changer socket on the standard headunit that has a USB connection on the end to connect a portable hard drive. Anyone know if I'm right or was I dreaming? If I am right, where can I get one from?
