Your biggest problem wouldn't be wether they'd fit (which they wont) but actually getting hold of some Trophy shocks in the first place. Don't expect to be able to order them from Renault.
Very nice indeed. I've been saying for years they should have done an RS clio in hologram grey, its a great colour. Would love to see that colour coded and maybe RS bumpers if you want to go that far.
To be honest everything that Omar posted was positive, the original post sounded like he was very happy with the Rentech experience.
It's the price comparisons that were bound to cause a problem, I don't see why there was a need for that really as the two companies are so far apart that they...
Great pics Chris :D
A few coming from me in a while.
Glad everyone enjoyed the day, it went really well i think. Good people at JanSpeed, factory tour was a nice add on to the day
It's hard to tell from the picture but they don't appear to have the Speedline logo on the rim either, so they are not original Trophy wheels, probably refurbed cup wheels. No Renault center caps either, or any mention of the offset.
I've got a link to it on my pc at home, will post it later if nobody else has.
The only tricky thing is removing the ECU cover on the top, bloody stubborn things they are..... I think the guide says lever off with a screwdriver...... i now have 2 very bent screwdrivers!
So pleased with mine, makes a great sound when accelerating, yet is not loud at all, in fact almost silent when cruising.
Excellent work yet again by Charlie, amazing work today by him and his guys in getting 4 Clios done too! Pro-Speed are as ever highly recommended!
Looks good, will try that this evening.
Stunt Car Racer was great. We need Geoff Crammond back making F1 games, damn EA and their official licence hogging :(
I've got a few hundred AS400/iSeries boxes sat next door, but I dont have a clue how to use them, I only work on zSeries.
Check out this though: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/index.htm?info/cl/chgsplfa.htm
There's also some other freeware tool on here which can copy spooled...
Yeah as much as I really want the stalk controls to work, I'm not paying that for an adapter, the Incartec one for the 2004 clios is only £32.
I'll probably just source a stalk and display from a 2004 car and fit those instead.
If it's one of the foam filters then i don't think you are meant to clean them. Can't say i've noticed any really strong petrol smell on mine, but they do go quite nasty when they've been in the car a while. The oil on them goes like a thick glue :dead: but thats normal though.
I still cant believe they can get away with that
I've heared some bad things about Paypal in the past but have still used them. Having read your posts about this over the last few months, I've decided thats it, i'm going to use someone else. I use them as providers for an online shop...
Purely from a performance point of view, I dont think its unreasonable to refer to them as a Fast Road kit as they do work fine when cold, so are useable on a day to day basis unlike some track / races pads which just dont work unless you get some heat into them.
But yeah, they are a bit...
