Ross, I have to say your posts on here over the last few months make you sound like you've already lost your head up the GDI ass.
I have no aleigance to either company, and would gladly buy from either (hey I have group buys going for them both on ClioTrophy.co.uk), but it seems to me you're...
I've been running just the PF97 pads on the standard renault discs on my Trophy up until the last few weeks and I have to say the dust was reduced a lot, but so was the braking performance. They didn't bite anywhere near as well and on track fade seemed to come on earlier (although the pads were...
Out of those you cant really go wrong with the K750 i'd say.
A portable, practical blootooth handset, with all the extra toys like camera and music should you ever want to use them.
Yep, Mikey sorted it out on my 172 for me.
As well as the warning lights coming on, I also found that I was having to press the brake pedal quite a way before the brake lights came on. I could stop the car braking gently without the brake lights ever illuminating :S

To be honest there wouldn't be much difference between all the RS models, but the Trophy and the 172 Cup would be very close. Its difficult to know really as most of the Trophy's still...
Omar, I've just got my ECU back from Fastchip today with the 182 'Group N' reflash.
I know exactly what you mean about the revs dropping and the idle speed, and this does what you want. Throttle response is so much quicker too.
I always said the R-sport i had on my 172 was much nicer to drive...
;) ;)
Not keen on the rear lights or the windscreen sticker personally, but it looks quite smart otherwise. Certainly very shiny.
Your clearly happy with it so enjoy it i say
Most of the non-Renault pads are quite difficult to fit with the metal shims in at the top and bottom.
I've had the same problem as you in the past. If you cant get the bottom bolt back in the caliper then taking these out will help.
I never use them with the pads i use, just fit the pads...
