jjoe90, perhaps because they know absolutely nothing about ICE and read 2,500W PMPO and are bowled over by it. Their sound is horrible in comparison to a similar specfication Alpine/Pioneer unit.
But you seem to be answering your own question with what you stated in your post. Forget about...
Should be fine Liam, only states do not use on chromes/split rims and wheels with flaking lacquer. To be honest as long as you wash it off thoroughly i can't imagine it would cause harm to any wheel regardless with the exception of chromes.
PM y0z.
Just picked up my PE2's from him earlier today, £190 for 4. Kwik-Fit only charge £8.50 a corner fitting and balancing too.
So £220 for four tyres and fitting :)
Well today i was stopped at some traffic lights, screen was covered in filth from the journey so i flicked the windowscreen washers on to clear it all.
However, there was also a cyclist about 3 feet in front of me and too my left, little did i know that i was in fact spraying him with my...
Could simply be a piece of gravel that found its way between your pad/disc whilst braking and has become embedded into the liner.
If you have a jetwash just try throroughly washing the brakes, otherwise only thing to do owuld be to take off each pad and manually inspect it. See if you can see...
Loving the pictures guys, very nice teamwork. And dare i say, very Topgear style :)
Will hope to see both of your at the forthcoming east midlands meet.
Good work.
Indeed it is a non-UV reflective patch.
However some sat-navs/detectors/people have found this works sufficiently alone. Others have reported occasional loss of satellite fix and others have reported it doesn't work at all.
General diagnosis being, get an additional GPS receiver (5 metre...
Bruce perhaps you misunderstood me, but why would i be getting upset lol?
Theres a few options for the velcro route, obviously if you have an iSkin or similar you can pass the velcro through the belt-loop and use that as a holster which obviously is non-permanent and won't scratch your iPod...
So Bruce if you don't drill holes how exactly do you secure it without the need for buying another cradle?
And you state that the new panelling is £14 so really the price is £113 unless you sell it with the car. Seems a lot of hassle given you can just spend £1 and get some self adhesive...
Yes it has a connector (just like the standard connector) that slots straight into the bottom. Personally unless you want to be drilling holes in your dash id just get the Connects2 kit. But if your not bothered about the holes then go with the Dension i would think.
Thats my setup.
Its the one that looks like a petrol pump funnily enough, learn your car ;)
Oh and if you want to test it, hold the trip computer button on the end of the stalk while you turn on the ignition - diagnostic check.
Does it charge the iPod? Yes the connects2 and dension both charge.
Does it use display? Yes it does, but it won't display track names, as this is a limitation of the display system/HU. It will display track number though.
Stalk controls work? Yes the stalk works perfectly for volume and...
Connects2 Adaptor ARNIPOD003 available from Halfords for £85.
Does exactly the same as the Dension kit (which uses connects2's box too) and it cheaper. Not sure what Bruce is talking about with regard to a "big metal box" lol, its the same as the Dension kit therefore both connectors will fit...
Sliding scale my backside though, a three year warranty is a three year warranty as far as im concerned - if they try and wriggle out of £180 worth of work on a safety feature then they can expect several very angry letters stating that Renault are seemingly willing to compromise the safety of...
So just wondering, i have an import registered 10/03 which has developed an ABS/ESP fault in the last 3 weeks, basically Renault confirmed it was a cracked N/S R ABS sensor which was at fault. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis but said it would cost £180 (inc. labour) to fix.
Does this...
